DeAnn Sicard learned to read in her 20s thanks to a Harlequin Presents. When the writing bug bit she joined RWA, and MARA. She was also a founding member of MRW. She has had articles, poetry and short stories published and the honor of being a Golden Heart finalist...still an honor even if it was eons ago.
