Renee began writing romance novels several decades ago, but her real life romance took priority for a while. That storyline could have been lifted from the pages of a novel—she truly did marry her hero. They first crossed paths in high school, though at the time, he was dating her best friend. Life, however, loves a second-chance romance. They reconnected, sparks flew, and soon their very own love story took flight. They married in September of 2010, and his career has since whisked them away on an adventure across California, Indiana, and New Jersey, before finally settling in Washington State. After navigating a few real-life curveballs, she is now embracing a new season—one where she finally has the time to rekindle her romance with writing. She is thrilled to be dusting off old stories, dreaming up new ones, and sharing this creative journey with such a wonderful community.
